We want you to love your intergalactic wardrobe as much as Puppycat loves temp jobs; if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back to Fishbowl Space.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all magical charms and hangtags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
